Server Rules/Discord

For easier access, the updated Server Rules are now accessible by clicking on "Rules" on the left-hand side of the page or here.  If you're bad at reading or have the attention span of a gnat, the TDLR is "Don't be a dick."  And if you have trouble interpreting what that means, I will help you learn quickly.

Also, to facilitate communication, a server Discord has been created.
